During Covid 19 prohibitions against in-person meetings, we have been able to continue our program online, with the enthusiastic participation of our students.
DESIGNED TO ENGAGE
Our curriculum is packed with fun intellectual and physical challenges and activities that engage middle-school teens and lead them to take ownership of their education and their lives. Participants develop a realistic, detailed, and closely held success plan to guide their actions into the future. Further, they develop the positive habits and strategies to make it all happen. We like to say that in our program, participants laugh their way to the front of the line. Because of the self-discovery and the improved understanding of how the real world works, our participants emerge ahead of their peers.

Citywide Winners' Circle is an empowerment program designed to lead youth in seventh, eighth, and ninth grade to take steps now to systematically build the future that they desire. The program is designed for the advisory period in school, for after-school programs, for youth groups, for athletic teams, and for homes where parents want to engender success in their child.

Our program provides an experiential approach to self-empowerment. Key to our curriculum is the concept of "subtle powers." Unlike "superpowers" that overwhelm and overpower, subtle powers work slowly and gently to positively impact the outcomes of their practitioners. Often we have our students experiment with a subtle power within the nonthreatening boundaries of our group before trying it on their own in the world.
